Renthal voortandwiel gemaakt van een speciaal ontwikkeld nikkel-chroom-molybdeenstaal, dat is gehard en kernachtig verfijnd om de ultieme combinatie van sterkte en hardheid te geven. Goed geschikt ter vervanging van het originele OEM tandwiel.

Ten opzichte van zijn voorganger heeft de 520VX3 een aantal verbeteringen meegekregen. Door de toepassing van “Direct Energy Transfer” heeft de ketting een hogere treksterkte gekregen dan de 520VX2. Door deze technologie zal het uitrekken van de ketting gereduceerd worden. Een langere levensduur is verkregen doordat de gebruikte X-ring een betere passing heeft gekregen en tevens is de slijtvastheid van de X-ring verbeterd. Door deze verbeteringen kan de ketting nu op motoren gebruikt worden met een inhoud tot en met 800cc. (Max 125pk) De 520VX3 is leverbaar in de standaard staal kleur en in een Gold&Black variant.

Sprockets are 66% lighter than steel sprockets, but while maintaining excellent durability and the strength. Sprockets are produced with maximum precision on our own CNC machines. Sprockets have special grooves on the sides for better better flow of dust and dirt from teeth when rider is riding in mud or sand. Sprockets shape is designed for maximum strength at low weight. Tooth profile is designed for best power transmission and long life. For the finish of the sprockets we use top quality colors in order to achieve long life and perfect design.

Steel sprockets are high quality and can be created in many colors, so that answered the wishes of even the most demanding customers. Sprockets have special grooves on the sides for better flow of dust and dirt from teeth when rider is riding in mud or sand. Timeless design is made,that only the sprockets looks very unique and beautiful, but also ensures maximum durability of sprockets. This all ensures use of the carbon steel C45, from which it is formed the sprockets.
